I was so excited when I tried this tank on because the cut was flattering, the fabric was soft, and the color was beautiful. Unfortunately, the neckline/bottom hem/armholes all got extremely warped after a single wash (cold cycle, air dry), like how you'd expect a shirt to look when you've worn it for years. I will probably keep it to wear around the house but it's not something I'd feel comfortable wearing outside. This doesn't happen with most shirts (including other toad&co shorts) so it was pretty disappointing.

I tend to toggle between a medium and large with tops depending on the fit. I think the size you go with may come down to your preference on how you want it to fit! For me having a larger chest I thought a large would fit but it has some extra room so I probably could have sized down to a medium.
