The dress is very cute.
The fit is very good. My only complaint about this dress is the hem, it is only surged.
Excuse me, but I am a senior woman who has sewn, altered and hemmed many garments. Surging is for stabilizing raw edges on fabric.
It’s not to be seen.
I consider this a flaw. It cheapens the dress.

Would be perfect in black and navy!
I love the sunkissed fabric for summer travel to Italy. I like this better than a few I've bought in the past that had a ruffle hem and spaghetti straps. This has clean lines and is very flattering in the waist. Love the adjustable straps and they are wide enough to hide bra straps. Overall, a great dress, but the colors are not flattering. I settled for the brown but would buy a few each if they came in navy and black.
